We reach out via email within 24 hours to confirm receipt and ask any clarifying questions. If you've requested a callback, we'll coordinate a convenient time rather than calling unexpectedly.
For properties within our service areas, we schedule an on-site visit at your convenience. Remote assessments are available for preliminary discussions if you're not ready for a site inspection.
Standard property assessments are provided at no cost for our pre-designed system packages. Custom engineering assessments for complex properties carry a $890 fee, which is credited in full toward installation if you proceed.
Most residential site visits take 45-60 minutes. We examine your roof, electrical panel, meter box, and discuss your energy usage patterns. You'll receive a written proposal within 3-5 business days.
Have your recent electricity bills available, ideally covering 12 months to understand seasonal variations. If you know your daily consumption patterns, that helps us optimize system sizing. Access to your roof space and electrical panel is also required.
We work on properties up to 120km from our regional offices. Rural installations often require specialized equipment and may incur additional travel costs, which we'll disclose upfront during assessment.
